Random!
  1. What is your favorite girl name? josephine :)
  2. What is your favorite boy name? I swore my last pregnancy would result in a boy... obviously mothers intuition fails. but I was gonna name him Cary after that cool joni mitchell song, or cary grant, whichever.
  3. How many sets of twins are there in your family? I have cousins who are twins, but their conception was not left up to chance, I don't know of anyone in my family who's randomly conceived twins. They're great kids though, I remember how thrilled and excited we were at their birth. They're graduating high school this year, wow.
  4. What's your favorite type of candy? andes mints.
  5. What genre do you like reading the most? nonfiction, business or science books

I was almost certain that Beth was going to be a boy. I even referred to her as a boy from the moment I found out I was pregnant. I actually thought they'd made a mistake when my scan revealed she was a girl. I secretly wanted a girl though, so I was kind of glad I was wrong ;)

That would be Marc's favorite girl name, lol.

I like it okay. I like the kid anyway. I was still really stuck on Harriet though.

And sometimes it's worth something to give your child the name dad picked out. (Which is how I ended up with a Gwendolyn, a name I'd never liked, but at least it has a nickname that we both love. And now, I can't imagine her being named anything else.)

So, why not use Cary as a girl's name?
