too much for dummies, I think?

I'm working on an article about the OSI model for spacefem.com (don't ask) and I found this link:
http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/getting-to-know-the-osi-model-for-the-ccna-exam.html

It's called "Getting to Know the OSI Model for the CCNA Exam - For Dummies"

Is it just me, or is CCNA a little involved for dummies? I know it's not the highest Cisco thing you can do but still, I think you should have a good grasp of the OSI model before you do anything network-related.

i'm afraid to search that site for brain surgery, nuclear facility operations, military security or fighter jet piloting now.
