Kansas House Rejects Gay Marriage Ban

(quick note: just to clear things up, this definately doesn't mean that gay people can get married in my state. but there's no constitutional ban against it, so it could happen, maybe, someday. With a constitutional ban, it would have taken major legislation, no city could even think about trying it first, the issue would be impossible to bring up. This just makes the whole process a little less scary.)
